Privacy policy (PDPA)

RenoRates is operated by Eurekads Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202232322N), which is the organisation responsible for your personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This page explains exactly what we collect and what happens to it.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Analytics) and, where enabled, Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure visits in aggregate. We use this only to understand how the site is used and improve it; we never sell analytics data or use it to identify you.

What we collect

Your email address (to deliver your report link), the quote file you upload, and the property context you provide (property type, size, scope). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe, we never see your card.

What happens to your quote file

Your uploaded file is stored privately and used only to generate your analysis and your project's follow-up features (revision deltas, quote comparisons). It is kept for the life of your project so you can come back to it, and deleted at any time on request. It is never shared with contractors, interior designers, or any third party.

Anonymised benchmarking

As set out in our Terms, the anonymised line items from your quote (work descriptions, quantities, prices) are retained in the Singapore rates database to improve benchmarking. No names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, signatures or firm identities are stored in the benchmark database.

No lead generation

We do not sell or pass your details to contractors or IDs. You're the customer, not the product.
